Mix Chip and text in the same input

Hi,

I’ve been looking for a way to introduce Chip/Labels/Tags kind of things mixed with plain text in a same input, just like this one

I couldn’t find how to do this with PatternFly3 Label or PatternFly4 Chip, is it possible? if not, could it be added as an enhancement to the Chip in the future?
